The Dubai Unveiled Guide

The Dubai Unveiled Guide is a digital product delivered via secure online access. Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access the guide through our designated platform. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Consultation Services

Personal consultations are one-on-one video sessions conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Consultations are booked through our website and are subject to Nicole Pavlik's availability. A consultation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website in AED, GBP, USD, and EUR. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Dubai Unveiled reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store payment card details.

4. Access and Delivery

• Guide, Login credentials are delivered to your email address immediately upon successful payment. Access is permanent for verified buyers.
• Consultation, A booking confirmation and video call link are sent to your email address upon payment. A pre-consultation quiz link will also be provided.
• If you do not receive your access credentials within 24 hours of purchase, please contact hello@dubaiunveiledglobal.com immediately.

5. Refund Policy

Digital Guide

Due to the digital nature of the guide and the immediate granting of access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once login credentials have been issued. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the guide, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Consultation Services

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, full refund issued
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refund
• Failure to attend without prior notice, no refund
• Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice, accommodated where possible at no charge

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Dubai Unveiled Guide, website, and associated materials, including text, graphics, design, and structure, is the intellectual property of Dubai Unveiled and Nicole Pavlik. All rights are reserved.
